• Whether you opted in to the privacy policy

We do not collect payment information, property addresses, or government identifiers.

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate and save your suburb comparison report
• Send your report link to the email address you provided
• Where permitted, pass your details to a licensed buyer's agent or mortgage broker who operates in your target suburbs

When you compare suburbs, Stickybeak uses your inputs alongside aggregated market data to generate a personalised suburb comparison report. This includes:

• Ranking suburbs against your stated preferences (budget range, lifestyle priorities, commute requirements)
• Running your inputs through an AI model to produce narrative summaries and suburb scores
• Comparing your shortlisted suburbs against historical sales data, demographic profiles, and infrastructure indicators
• Where you have opted in, flagging off-market opportunities or buyer's agent referrals relevant to your search

Stickybeak combines your inputs with data sourced from the following:

• Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS): demographic, income, and population data at the suburb level
• NSW Valuer General: historical property sales and land value records
• Transport for NSW: public transport routes and travel time data
• OpenStreetMap: points of interest, walkability, and amenity proximity

Data is constantly being added to improve the value to our users.

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted in Sydney, Australia) and is protected by industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
